TAVANNE Drops
Purchase Conditions
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
Eligibility
Who Can Participate
TAVANNE drops (hereinafter "Drop") are open only to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the date of registration
- Legally reside in one of the eligible countries indicated on each Drop
- Have an active TAVANNE account
- Accept these official rules
Who Cannot Participate
The following individuals are not eligible:
- Employees of TAVANNE, its subsidiaries, partners, and agencies
- Immediate family members of employees
- Individuals living in the same household as employees
- Residents of countries where this type of campaign is prohibited by law
Restrictions
- Only one account per person
- Only one application per Drop
- The account must be active and in good standing at the time of participation
- Attempts at fraud or circumventing the rules result in immediate disqualification
Acceptance of Rules
By participating in a Drop, you fully and unconditionally accept these rules and agree to comply with all decisions made by TAVANNE regarding this Drop. These decisions are final and binding.
Drop Period
Important Dates
Each Drop includes several phases clearly indicated in the TAVANNE application:
- Application phase: Period during which you can apply
- Winner announcement: Date on which winners are selected and notified
- Product testing: Period during which winners test the product
- Content deadline: Date by which deliverables must be submitted
- Drop closure: Official end of the Drop
Meeting Deadlines
All required actions (application, content submission, etc.) must be completed within the deadlines indicated in the application. Actions taken outside these periods will not be considered.
How to Participate
Application
- Complete the application form in full within the TAVANNE application
- Provide accurate and complete information (name, delivery address, beauty profile, etc.)
- Accept the specific conditions of the Drop
Application Rules
- You may only apply once per Drop
- Incomplete or non-compliant applications may be disqualified
- You may not use multiple accounts, emails, or devices to circumvent this rule
- Attempts at fraud result in permanent exclusion from TAVANNE
Winner Selection
Process
- Winners are selected by TAVANNE according to the criteria specific to each Drop
- The number of winners is indicated in the winner quota of each Drop
- Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible applications received
Notification
Winners are notified by:
- Email to the address provided during application
Confirmation
Winners must:
- Confirm their participation by email
- Verify their delivery address
- Agree to fulfill the obligations related to the Drop
Failure to Respond
If a winner:
- Does not respond within the deadline
- Cannot be contacted
- Refuses to participate
- Does not meet the conditions
→ The prize may be cancelled and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes and Products
Nature of the Prize
The prize consists of cosmetic products to test, as described in each Drop. The actual value may differ from the indicated value.
Conditions
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash
- Prizes are not transferable to another person
- No refunds or substitutions are permitted, except at TAVANNE's discretion
- All fees, taxes, and charges related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner
Liability
TAVANNE and potential partner brands cannot be held liable for:
- Allergic reactions or adverse effects related to product use
- Damages related to use not in accordance with instructions
- Loss or theft of products after delivery
Important: Use products according to the manufacturer's instructions. In case of irritation or reaction, immediately discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
Winner Obligations
Content Creation
As a winner, you agree to:
- Test the product honestly and thoroughly
- Create the requested content according to the specific instructions of the Drop (video, photos, questionnaire, etc.)
- Meet the submission deadlines indicated
- Provide an honest review with positive points AND limitations of the product
Expected Quality
The content must be:
- Original and created by you
- Good quality (lighting, sound, clarity)
- Authentic (no excessive filters, no false promises)
- Compliant with the rules of content creation (see below)
Mandatory Transparency
You must always mention that the product was gifted to you by TAVANNE, whether:
- Verbally in a video
- In the description of a post
- Via a hashtag (#TavanneTest or equivalent)
Prohibitions
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Make medical or therapeutic claims
- Use misleading images or excessively retouched photos
- Copy or plagiarize existing content
- Engage in false advertising
Rights Granted to TAVANNE
License of Use
By participating in a Drop and submitting content, you grant TAVANNE and the potential partner brand a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to:
- Use your content (photos, videos, texts, name, image) on:
- The TAVANNE website and application
- TAVANNE social media
- Partner brand marketing materials
- Modify, adapt, or crop your content if necessary
- Redistribute your content for promotional purposes
Attribution
TAVANNE commits to attributing your content by mentioning your TAVANNE username when technically possible.
Warranties
By submitting content, you warrant that:
- You are the original author of the content
- Your content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
- You have obtained all necessary authorizations (people appearing in the content, music, etc.)
Liability
In the event of a third-party claim regarding your content, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TAVANNE harmless from any liability, claims, costs, or damages.
Logistics and Delivery
Delivery Address
- Ensure that your address is complete and correct
- Address errors may result in delays or cancellations
- Reshipment costs due to errors are your responsibility
Timeframes
- Shipping begins after confirmation of your address
- Timeframes vary depending on the carrier and your location
- TAVANNE cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier
Delivery Issues
In case of non-receipt or damaged package, contact TAVANNE support.
Rules of Conduct and Sanctions
Compliance with Rules
Any breach of these rules may result in:
- Disqualification from the current Drop
- Removal of winner privileges
- Suspension or deletion of your TAVANNE account
- Ban from participating in future Drops
Grounds for Disqualification
You may be disqualified if you:
- Provide false information
- Do not meet the submission deadlines
- Create non-compliant content with instructions
- Attempt to defraud or circumvent the rules
- Engage in inappropriate behavior towards TAVANNE, the brand, or other users
Modification and Cancellation
TAVANNE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Modify, suspend, or cancel a Drop in case of:
- Fraud or manipulation
- Technical issues
- Force majeure
- Unauthorized intervention
Disqualify any participant who attempts to:
- Compromise the integrity of the Drop
- Use bots, scripts, or technical means to cheat
In case of cancellation, TAVANNE may select winners from eligible applications received before the cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree to release TAVANNE, its subsidiaries, partners, and employees from any liability concerning:
- Any damage, injury, loss, or claim arising from your participation or use of the prize
- Technical failures (servers, connections, software, etc.)
- Unavailability of the application or services
- Unauthorized human interventions
- Errors in the administration of the Drop
Personal Data
Collection
The information you provide during your application is collected and processed by TAVANNE in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Use
Your data is used to:
- Manage your participation in the Drop
- Contact you if you are selected
- Improve the TAVANNE experience
Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your data
- Rectify your data
- Delete your data
- Object to processing

Disputes and Applicable Law
Applicable Law
These rules are governed by Swiss law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, you agree to attempt an amicable resolution with TAVANNE before any legal action.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
Waiver
By participating, you waive:
- Any class action
- Any right to punitive, incidental, or indirect damages
- Any right to multiplication of damages
You may only claim your actual costs incurred to participate in the Drop.
Winner List
To obtain the list of winners of a Drop, you may:
- Contact support: contact@tavanne.com
Requests must be made within one month after the closure of the Drop.

Acceptance
By participating in a TAVANNE Drop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these official rules.
